Manna Maniago

Manna Maniago is a Mental Health Practitioner, Psychotherapist, and CEO & Managing Director of Kairos Group, a multi-vertical organisation delivering integrated care across Australia. The group includes Kairos Care (disability and aged care services), Kairos Medical Group (healthcare), Kairos Counselling (mental health services), and Kairos Assist (EAP and corporate wellbeing), all unified by a mission to support individuals to live more connected, empowered, and fulfilled lives.

Manna specialises in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges, with a strong focus on breaking cultural stigma and improving access to mental health support. Alongside her clinical work, she is a recognised advocate and speaker, contributing to publications, media, and community education, and authoring guided journals on gratitude and goal-setting.

Her leadership has been recognised through multiple honours, including the AusMumpreneur Award for Multicultural Business Excellence (2020), Inspiring Filipino-Australian Woman (2021), and inclusion among the 75 Inspiring Filipino-Australian Women (2023). She was also named a Top 4 Finalist in the small business category at the 36th Ethnic Business Awards.

Under her direction, Kairos has achieved significant growth and industry recognition, including being named one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies by the Australian Financial Review (2023), winning Excellence in Business Innovation at the Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence (2024), and being recognised as a finalist for Employer of Choice and Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion (2025).
