Krystyna Kidson
Psychologist. Coach. Supervisor.
I work with Christian professionals in high-demand, high-responsibility roles who want to master stress, protect their capacity and keep showing up for who and what matters most.
I'm a registered psychologist, theologian, stress and resilience coach and professional supervisor. I’m also the Resident Psychologist for the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT and a doctoral researcher exploring the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, faith and spiritual formation.
My approach brings together professional practice, psychology, neuroscience and theology, translating faith-sensitive research into practical, accessible tools for everyday life and work.
I’m also the author of the WayMaker Compass, a framework for helping Christians live and lead within their God-given limits.
